I started Savvy Solutions to help entrepreneurs and small business owners manage the many moving pieces that come with running a business.
As businesses grow, the ideas, responsibilities, and daily details can quickly become overwhelming. I enjoy helping business owners bring structure to those moving parts so they can stay focused on the work they care most about.
Through executive, operational, and virtual support, I help create organization behind the scenes — whether that means managing schedules, coordinating projects, building systems, or simply ensuring that the day-to-day details are handled efficiently.

ABOUT HEATHER
Heather Frappier is the founder of Savvy Solutions, where she provides executive, operational, and virtual support for entrepreneurs and small businesses who need a trusted partner behind the scenes.
Her career began in the corporate world, where she developed a strong foundation in administrative and operational support. She quickly discovered that she enjoyed being the person who could bring order to busy schedules, keep projects moving forward, and help leaders focus on the bigger picture while the details were handled well.
Life eventually took her in a new direction when her husband’s career required their family to relocate several times. With each move, Heather began looking for a way to continue using the skills she loved while also creating flexibility for her growing family. That search led her to the world of virtual support — long before remote work became as common as it is today.
What began as a practical solution quickly turned into something much more. Heather discovered that her ability to organize systems, manage moving parts, and support entrepreneurs behind the scenes was exactly what many growing businesses needed. Over time, Savvy Solutions grew from a solo venture into a thriving business, built largely through long-term client relationships and referrals.
Today, Heather works with entrepreneurs, consultants, and small business owners who want dependable operational and executive support that keeps their businesses organized and moving forward. She is known for her thoughtful approach, attention to detail, and calm presence behind the scenes — helping clients bring clarity to busy businesses and turn ideas into action.
While Heather takes great pride in the work she does with clients, her life outside of work is equally full. She and her husband are raising three amazing children, all of whom joined their family through adoption — a journey that has shaped much of their family life and values. Heather is also a former foster mom, an experience that further deepened her appreciation for community, resilience, and the importance of strong support systems.
When she’s not working, Heather’s days are often filled with the joyful chaos of family life — from dance competitions and school activities to camping trips and cheering on the Green Bay Packers.
Through both her family life and her work, Heather brings the same philosophy: stay organized, communicate clearly, and approach every challenge with thoughtfulness and care.
